    One of the issues I see often with online games that have RPG elements (rankings, leveling up, etc.) is that skill or how seriously some players or teams take the game is often confused with how much someone playes (i.e. level, ranking, etc.)

    In other words that a someone plays a game a lot that doesn't necesarily means he/she is good at it.

    So for instance you will often have teams of rank 80+ never standing a chance against premade teams with ranks lower than 50 who may as well also have several Steam accounts with different rankings. (this happens a lot in other online games such as Rainbow Six Siege and I've even played with Hunt players admiting they have played on more than one account).

    So my recommendation is that for matchmaking (and partnering) don't base it on time played (rank) alone but mainly on things such as "recent" stats on how successful was the player in retrieving the bounty , k/d ratio, time spent on missions, and so on.

    Also ALWAYS consider premade teams much more dangerous than casual players regardless of the rank.

    Also remove chat during matchmaking. This encourages experienced players to ask the rank of the partner and leave if they are new making for more uneaven matches

    Like some other comments I've see I also think that instead of :
    - SOLO and TEAM
    the game should be split into:
    - RANDOM TEAM (or solo like it is now) and PREMADE (or invited)
    This will help fixing the obvious problem of people using external Voice Chat clients such as Discord, TeamSpeak, etc. among other things.

    Also instead of offering bonuses to people playing the actual solo mode you should offer bonuses to people playing solo on a random team game

    Finding the boss without finding clues is not luck. It's a strategy.

    Experienced players never get clues. They just go to the possible lair locations and listen if the boss is inside.

    How about simply making it so that if someone comes close to the boss lair without collecting at least 1 clue the location and a message that the boss has been identified is broadcasted to every player like when the banishing starts. This will encourage people to try to get at least 1 clue.

    Yeah this is ridiculous as it is. Once you know you can burn downed people there's no reason to not do it every time.

    The game is completely ruined if on some teams you have all nighters that have normal voice communication (and can even stream to each other using twitch et al) and on the other hand you have teams of 2 people that may not even speak the same language (very common on european servers) and one of them may not know how the game works.
